Regular follow up with potential and current partner participants by phone, email and in person. Steward existing Partners who have engaged to sustain and grow regional and national partners. Lead the design, planning and execution of all outreach activities to businesses related to CNIB's Come to Work Program's employer outreach.Įngaging with businesses in the industries that the Talent Pool are actively seeking to work in. It will also require an implementation strategy which will be built on sound stakeholder engagement strategies developed by this position. Adhering to established service standards while maximizing positive experiences and outcomes for all participants, the program development will include best in class logic models and evaluation tools. Specifically, this position will be responsible for developing, executing and evaluating CNIB Foundation’s Come to Work programs for people who are blind or partially sighted throughout Canada. This position will help us launch comprehensive and meaningful efforts which will aim to change the lives of Canadians who are blind or partially sighted.
